HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO ASSEMBLE A DESK?

Moderate assembly is required for the desk and we provide assembly instructions with each desk frame. We recommend assembling the desk with a friend. The assembly process usually takes around 30-45 minutes from start to finish.

WHERE CAN I FIND THE ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS AND TROUBLESHOOTING?

Every purchase will come with an assembly booklet. You can also get the PDF on the completion of your purchase.

CAN I USE MY OWN DESKTOP?

You are able to use any desktop you prefer as long as the table is drill-able. Please keep the desktop size between 44" to 80” in width and 27-36” in depth for maximum stability. Keep overhang between 2-5 inches.

WHERE WILL MY ORDER SHIP FROM?

We ship our products from Vancouver, BC. If you are in the greater lower mainland, we will deliver your Full Stack Desk by one of our couriers. Any orders outside of the lower mainland, we will deliver via UPS.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER ONCE IT HAS BEEN SHIPPED?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an e-mail with tracking information provided. Please note that it may take up to 24 hours before movement is reflected on the travel history.

HOW DO I CHANGE QUANTITIES OR CANCEL AN ITEM IN MY ORDER?

RETURNS GENERAL RETURN INFO

Hassle-free 30 day free return policy. We offer a 30 day risk free returns on all our electric standing desks in their original packaging. As long as you return your item to us in new condition in the original packaging, we will refund you in full. We’re unable to accept returns on the following purchases: - Bulk Orders - Missing or damaged parts or packaging

HOW DO I RETURN A STANDING DESK?

All returns must be approved by Full Stack Desks within 30 days. Just shoot us an email and we will assist you through the process. We typically process returns within 3 business days of receipt. After a return has been inspected by our staff, a refund will be issued. Please allow up to 5 business days for your credit card provider to process the refund.

DO YOU SELL TO UNITED STATES?

We currently do not have the infrastructure to ship to United States due to shipping. If you really want a quote for us to ship to united states, please contact us for a quote but depending on which state, it'll be an additional $150-250 CAD to ship there.

WARRANTY IS THERE A WARRANTY ON DESKS?

Full Stack Desks have an all-inclusive 5 year warranty on all frame components, including motors and electronics. Guidelines: Warranty is valid for the original purchaser only. WHAT IS COVERED BY THE WARRANTY?

The Full Stack Desk frame itself, including the electric motors, control box, and handset. Performance according to published specifications. Any defective parts that malfunction within the 5 years

WHAT IS NOT COVERED BY THE WARRANTY?

Normal wear and tear of the Full Stack Desk Top or paint finish on the frame. Any damages or malfunctions in the product caused by repairs, or attempted repairs, performed by anyone not affiliated with or authorized by Full Stack Desks. Any product that has been damaged by or subjected to misuse, abnormal handling or impact. Improper assembly or disassembly. Any modification to the frame or electrical components.
